After dealing with the professionalism at Pro Trans , I will never take my Mercedes anywhere else.

It's difficult to get an automotive shop that is reliable and honest. This one is on the very top of my list and I have no problem referring friends and acquaintances to this shop.

After breaking down on the highway we were towed to Protrans for repairs by AAA at their suggestion. What a great experience for a couple a long way from home (Bakersfield). It was late afternoon and Sandy and Mike took the time to take us to get a rental car and diagnose our repairs. We spent the night in a motel and returned the next day and waited for the repairs to be done. Mike kept us posted of the progress until done and sent us on our way home. For such a bad fortune incident the group at AAA, Protrans, etc took great care of us. Thanks again.

Did a good job finding the right parts

I've taken several of my cars to them and have been completely satisfied. Price point is better than most competitors, and I have never had an issue with any of their repairs. I trust Mike and his crew, so should you!

So far I am satisfied with their work. Very accomodating. The front staff/receptionist is very helpful and polite.
